Then, she goes on to SHOW & PROVE unequivocally to be a rockstar far beyond what could have ever expected to experience. She IS the best realtor in the state!! Kim was into EVERYTHING I asked and even what I didn’t know I needed without me asking because I didn’t. She handled each step with me, her seller, in mind which allowed me to focus on my part to get my house sold ASAP. Her guidance resulted in offers several thousand more than I thought. I sold in 5 days which Kim told me it would be the result. She guided me with so much care, and expertise for me personally and my vision. Her straightforwardness, willingness, knowledge of the overall market and processes and drive to get you where you need and want to be was unlike any other experience I’ve ever had with another realtor. Kim is absolutely amazing. She made the entire process of selling our home stress free. From the very beginning of the process, she set up a plan to have everything done, by our chosen closing date. We found Kim Parker "KP" from reading reviews and it was a blessing. To start this journey we arranged to meet her while we were down on a vacation to visit our daughter from New York. From the minute you meet her you know that you made a right choice. She is a true professional who takes the time to listen to what you have to say and any concerns you may have. After telling her what we were looking for in a new home off to the races we were. So much for the slow moving pace we heard about people in the south are known for. (not "KP" , she must not of got that memo.) She showed us several houses to start and after looking at these homes she knew that they were not our perfect fit for our needs. She then stated I have one more home for you and I saved the best for last. She was right. This home was perfect. We could keep writing about KP but we would run out of room in this review.So we will end this review by stating she helps you long after the commission check is cashed and other realtors would forget your name. She treats you as part of her family and is there long after the sale. We would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a realtor in the Jacksonville, NC market area without hesitation.

Mrs. Kim Parker (KP) met, and exceeded our expectations when trying to sell our home with ReMax. From the very first day of meeting her in person, and all the way up to the end of our sale, Mrs. Parker was a go getter. She is very confident, knows real estate like the back of her hand, and will always lead you in the right direction. She was always there, or very quick to respond when I called with a question. I have dealt with a couple of other know big companies prior, who were very unprofessional and unknowledgeable. It was a relief to find someone with the compassion and trustworthiness that KP has. She deserves five stars all the way, certified grade A+.

She was there for me all the way to closing. I could contact her day or night. When something needed done she stayed on it until it was finished. She handle the closing for me because I was not able to be at the closing due to health.

My husband and I are incredibly happy that we found Kim 'KP' Parker when we started our search for a house. We initially started looking for a house in North Carolina while we were still living in California. KP listened to what we wanted in a home, adhered to our budget, and compiled homes specific to our family's needs. My husband was able to meet with her to check out houses she wanted to show us, and she was flexible with our situation of looking for homes while living out of state. She was patient with us as my husband walked through houses with me on FaceTime. We were blown away by her knowledge of the area and the home-buying process and her extensive connections with other realtors, bank employees, lawyers, and inspectors. To be honest, she made the whole experience of buying a house from across the country stress free! We were unable to be physically present for several events (inspections, etc.), and she was there to make sure everything went smoothly. To top it all off, she knew the day we planned on moving into the house, and she stopped over the day before to turn on the air conditioning and water heater so we could have a cool house and warm water right away.
